1. Final Sale Policy
At GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN (GLHF), every item is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because we do not maintain a physical inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."

Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our Size Chart before purchasing).

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in our quality, but we know mistakes can happen. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item entirely, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Reporting Period: You must contact us within [7] days of the delivery date.

Evidence Required: Please email us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item.

Resolution: Once verified, we will initiate a brand-new production of your item and ship it to you immediately.

3. Order Cancellations
Because our fulfillment system is automated, orders are sent to our US production facility almost immediately. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the item has moved into production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the courier directly. GLHF is not responsible for items stolen after successful delivery. If a package is deemed "Lost in Transit" by the carrier (never marked as delivered), please contact us so we can investigate a replacement.
