This website is operated by GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN (GLHF). We are a creative studio. Our products are manufactured and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners in the United States. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are the Importer of Record for the goods.

2. International Shipping & Customs

• Origin: All items ship from the United States.

• Import Duties & Taxes: You, the customer, are responsible for any import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or customs processing fees imposed by your local customs office

  Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, GLHF reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees from your refund.

3. Shipping Estimates

Because our products ship from the US, transit times may vary between [10 to 30] business days depending on your location and customs processing speeds. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs inspections.

4. Returns and Exchanges (International)

• Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

• Change of Mind: Because each item is printed/made to order in the US, we cannot offer exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Chart carefully before ordering.
