Shipping Policy
1. Production & Fulfillment Time
Every item at GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN is made to order. This means we don’t have a dusty warehouse of pre-printed shirts; we create your gear specifically for you once the order is placed.

Standard Production: Please allow 2–7 business days for your items to be printed and quality-checked before they are shipped.

High Volume: During holidays or special releases, production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your gear is perfect.
2. Shipping Origin & Estimates
To provide the highest quality apparel and specialized printing, all our products are shipped directly from our professional fulfillment centers in the United States.

United States (Domestic): 3–5 business days.

International: 10–30 business days.

Note: These are estimates provided by our couriers. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal service speeds.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has finished the production phase and is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.

For international orders, tracking may sometimes pause while the package is in transit between countries or held in customs. This is normal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We serve a global community and cannot verify every local address format.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you, but you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address where someone is available to receive the package.
